Política de difusión de contenidos

The journal EDUCA is committed to ensuring broad and accessible dissemination of its published content, in accordance with the quality and visibility guidelines required by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). To this end, the following dissemination strategies and principles are established:

1. Open Access and Availability

All articles published in EDUCA are available in open access, with no economic or technological restrictions, on the journal’s official website. This policy reflects the journal’s commitment to the democratization of knowledge and to compliance with national and international open science regulations.

2. Repositories and Databases

The journal’s content is disseminated through inclusion in institutional and thematic open-access repositories, such as Dialnet, REDIB, DOAJ, Web of Science, Dimensions, OpenAlex, and Scopus, among others. The journal also promotes indexing in scientific databases that support the internationalization of the journal and improve accessibility for the academic community.

3. Persistent Identifiers and Standardized Metadata

Each published article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), guaranteeing permanent discoverability and citability. Additionally, the journal applies international metadata standards (Dublin Core, OAI-PMH) to facilitate interoperability with other scientific information systems.

4. Dissemination on Academic and Social Networks

The journal EDUCA actively promotes its publications through academic networks such as ResearchGate and Google Scholar, as well as professional social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X), with the aim of maximizing the impact of published research.

5. Visibility and Impact Strategies

  • The use of alternative impact metrics such as Altmetrics is encouraged to assess the digital dissemination of articles.

  • Authors are encouraged to use personal identifiers such as ORCID to improve the traceability of their publications.

  • The publication of graphical abstracts and brief explanatory videos is recommended to enhance dissemination in accessible formats.

6. Self-Archiving Policy

EDUCA allows and encourages the immediate self-archiving of articles in institutional and personal repositories, provided that the final published version is respected and the established dissemination licenses are followed.

7. Collaborations with Institutions and Knowledge Networks

The journal is open to establishing collaboration agreements with universities, research groups, and scientific associations to strengthen the dissemination of its content at the national and international levels.

8. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Measures

To improve dissemination and impact, the journal periodically monitors bibliometric and visibility indicators and adjusts its dissemination strategies based on the results obtained.
