Inteligencia emocional: relaciones familiares y entre iguales en alumnos de primaria

Resumen

El estudio se fundamenta en el modelo de inteligencia emocional de Salovey y Mayer (2000), que comprende la percepción, facilitación, comprensión y regulación emocional. El objetivo fue evaluar la efectividad de los proyectos de inteligencia emocional de la Escuela Meritxell, analizando la identificación y gestión emocional de los alumnos de 1º y 3º de primaria y sus relaciones familiares. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios anónimos —uno familiar y otro entre iguales— y se utilizó la metáfora de los caminos para explorar los vínculos interfamiliares. Los resultados muestran una buena gestión emocional entre iguales, menor en el ámbito familiar, con diferencias evolutivas entre niveles educativos. Se concluye que los proyectos escolares tienen un impacto positivo en el desarrollo emocional y que las relaciones más complejas se dan entre hermanos.
